1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Rannaghor Bazaar and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.
2. Use of the Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is fraudulent or harmful, and you must provide accurate information when placing an order.
3. Products, Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Descriptions, capacities, images and prices (in Bangladeshi Taka, BDT) are shown as accurately as possible but may change without notice. Colour and finish of cookware, plasticware and ceramics may vary slightly between batches. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a pricing or stock error has occurred.
4. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are estimates shown at checkout and may vary with location, demand and courier conditions outside our control. Fragile items (glass, ceramic) are shipped with extra protective wrapping. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct, as we may call to confirm your order before dispatch.
5. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via the methods shown at checkout (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card through our payment partner). Online payments are collected in full at checkout; COD is collected at the time of delivery.
6. Warranty
Electrical appliances carry the brand or service warranty stated on the product page. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, electrical surges, or use contrary to the product manual. Non-electrical items are covered against manufacturing defects on arrival.
7. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. If an item arrives broken, defective or different from what you ordered, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will exchange it or refund you. For hygiene reasons, used kitchen and household items are not returnable unless defective. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as agreed for COD orders.
8. Privacy & Your Data

9. Intellectual Property

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
